Defines extra content that is to be displayed before or after and element (in concert with the :before and :after pseudo-classes. Although the property is available for IE 5 Macintosh and Netscape 6, the values are empty strings and the rendered content (which appears in Netscape 6 only) does not change if you assign it a new value.
