This large group of properties comes from CSS attributes intended for browsers that use speech synthesis techniques to vocalize document content. You don't have to be vision-impaired to benefit from this possibility, but Netscape 6 does not include this feature by default. Conceivably, other specialty browser makers will build a speech synthesized browser from the Mozilla engine. They'll have the hooks ready in the Mozilla DOM to permit scripting of these style properties. In the meantime, they're simply placeholders within Netscape 6.
